Responsibility
- Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Prepare and present detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest architectural trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
- Professional certification or licensure in architecture is preferred.
