Responsibility
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints.
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
- Produce high-quality 2D/3D renderings and presentations to visualize design proposals.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design themes and client preferences.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh, cutting-edge ideas to projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
