In this role, you will be the backbone of our travel operations, ensuring that every guest experience is meticulously planned and executed. You will serve as the primary point of contact for booking management, coordinating logistics, and liaising with various local suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end reservation processes, including booking, confirmation, and cancellation of travel services.
  • Coordinate with hotel partners, transport providers, and tour guides to ensure availability and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation data in our internal database systems.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from agents and direct clients regarding itinerary adjustments.
  • Prepare detailed travel documentation, vouchers, and confirmation letters for guests.
  • Handle unexpected changes to itineraries promptly while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor bookings to ensure all financial records, payments, and deposits are accurately tracked.
  • Assist in the development of operational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in reservation, travel operations, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with booking software or CRM systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of Lombok and surrounding tourist destinations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team.
