Responsibility
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy rates.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Manage and oversee the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in bookings.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and analyze revenue reports to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all reservation and revenue-related activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on revenue management best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, reservations, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, clients, and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis in the hospitality sector.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
