Responsibility
- Assist in the screening, enrollment, and monitoring of clinical trial participants in compliance with study protocols.
- Administer investigational treatments or medications as per protocol guidelines and document accurately.
- Collect and record patient data, including vitals, lab results, and adverse event reporting.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, research coordinators, and healthcare teams to ensure study integrity.
- Educate participants on study requirements, risks, and benefits while obtaining informed consent.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations.
- Prepare and organize study documentation, including case report forms (CRFs) and regulatory submissions.
- Provide basic patient care and emergency support as needed during study visits.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (e.g., STR in Indonesia or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex protocols with precision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and research teams.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., EMR systems, Microsoft Office) for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to learn research methodologies—training provided for candidates new to clinical trials.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, protocol-driven environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Commitment to ethical standards and patient safety in all research activities.
