Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute research studies focused on primary care, chronic disease management, and public health initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, academics, and policymakers to ensure research projects align with clinical and community needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical software and qualitative research methods.
- Prepare research proposals, progress reports, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Present research findings at local and international conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical guidelines and healthcare policies.
- Mentor junior researchers, medical students, and interns in research methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional research policies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare research, preferably in primary care or public health settings.
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA) and qualitative research tools.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or experience presenting at conferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Experience with grant writing, research funding applications, or project management is desirable.
- Commitment to ethical research practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
