Responsibility
- Design, execute, and analyze large-scale clinical studies on adolescent growth, puberty, and endocrine disorders.
- Collect, process, and interpret biological samples, hormonal assays, and metabolic data with precision.
- Collaborate with pediatric endocrinologists, biostatisticians, and public health experts to develop research protocols.
- Prepare and present scientific reports, manuscripts, and conference presentations for peer-reviewed publications.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, IRB regulations, and data protection policies in all research activities.
- Mentor junior researchers and coordinate with laboratory staff to maintain high-quality data collection.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in endocrinology and integrate innovative methodologies into ongoing projects.
- Contribute to grant writing and funding proposals to secure resources for future research initiatives.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Endocrinology, Pediatrics, Developmental Biology, or a related medical/biological science field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of postgraduate research experience in clinical or translational endocrinology.
- Proven track record of published research in peer-reviewed journals, particularly on adolescent health or hormonal disorders.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Python) and experience with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of IRB protocols, GCP guidelines, and ethical research practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for scientific writing and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural research environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques (e.g., ELISA, PCR, hormone assays) is a plus.
