Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage incident reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate documentation of healthcare-related incidents.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations to identify systemic issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor and evaluate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure effective implementation and sustainability.
- Prepare and deliver training programs on quality assurance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance for healthcare staff.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of documentation for MSQH (Malaysian Society for Quality in Health) accreditation and other relevant certifications.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with healthcare standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with hospital management to develop and implement risk management strategies and administrative policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance, risk management, or compliance within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare accreditation standards, preferably MSQH or JCI.
- Proven experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and developing Corrective Action Plans.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Certification in Quality Management, Patient Safety, or Risk Management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
