Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage medical assistance requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and clients to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of medical cases, treatments, and follow-ups in compliance with company policies.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate medical solutions or interventions.
- Monitor and track the progress of medical assistance cases from initiation to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance service quality.
- Provide empathetic and professional communication to clients during stressful situations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, medical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coordination, healthcare management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare systems in Southeast Asia.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with experience in medical software, CRM systems, or databases.
