Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the R&D team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and archiving of technical documentation, test reports, and research data with precision and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and track R&D testing activities, ensuring all procedures adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise between R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to facilitate smooth information flow and project execution.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on R&D progress, test results, and key performance indicators for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the R&D database, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Support procurement processes for R&D materials, equipment, and services by preparing requisitions and tracking deliveries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in R&D workflows and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or technical support roles, preferably within R&D, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management or ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of technical documentation, testing procedures, or engineering principles is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
