Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance requests for office facilities and equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely project completion.
- Monitor and update maintenance logs, ensuring all work orders are documented accurately and closed within SLA timeframes.
- Proactively conduct site inspections to identify potential facility issues before they escalate.
- Support the Australian Customers Team by handling maintenance-related inquiries and administrative follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance budgets, expenditures, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety protocols during all repair activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in office maintenance, facility coordination, or property management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work on a morning shift schedule.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience supporting Australian-based accounts is a significant advantage.
