In this role, you will act as the technical subject matter expert for inbound inquiries, helping clients identify the perfect equipment configurations for their projects. Responsibility
- Manage inbound technical inquiries from prospective clients and provide expert product recommendations.
- Conduct technical needs assessments to ensure rental equipment meets specific operational requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive rental quotations and technical proposals for diverse client projects.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless equipment deployment.
- Provide post-rental technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends in rental solutions to provide feedback for inventory optimization.
- Ensure all documentation and CRM records are updated with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or relevant technical certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or rental solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical equipment and hardware leasing processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales or service performance targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and professional demeanor when handling client issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
