In this role, you will act as the technical subject matter expert for inbound inquiries, helping clients identify the perfect equipment configurations for their projects. Responsibility

  • Manage inbound technical inquiries from prospective clients and provide expert product recommendations.
  • Conduct technical needs assessments to ensure rental equipment meets specific operational requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive rental quotations and technical proposals for diverse client projects.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless equipment deployment.
  • Provide post-rental technical support and troubleshooting assistance for clients.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends in rental solutions to provide feedback for inventory optimization.
  • Ensure all documentation and CRM records are updated with high accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or relevant technical certification.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or rental solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical equipment and hardware leasing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales or service performance targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
