Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for renewable energy installations, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new renewable energy projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Foster relationships with suppliers, vendors, and government agencies to streamline project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of solar, wind, or other renewable energy technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with Indonesian energy regulations and permitting processes is advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
