Responsibility
- Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for DaaS products, including API references, user manuals, and release notes.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences (developers, clients, and non-technical stakeholders).
- Create and maintain style guides, templates, and documentation standards to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Work with UX designers to improve help center articles, tutorials, and video scripts for enhanced user experience.
- Review and edit documentation for grammar, clarity, and technical accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, cloud technologies, and best practices in technical writing.
- Participate in agile sprints and provide input on product usability and documentation needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or DaaS environments.
- Proven ability to write and edit technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, or cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with Markdown, XML, or documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, GitHub, or Swagger).
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data management, or digital transformation concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into user-friendly content.
- Experience working in agile or remote teams with a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating technical documentation expertise (required).
