Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end IT project management for logistics solutions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Oversee the implementation of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems to streamline logistics operations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks.
- Drive process improvements through data analytics and automation.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and governance standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in logistics and IT to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS) and integration methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
