Responsibility
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
- Monitor and maintain IT security protocols to ensure data protection.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or similar are a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali for the duration of the contract.
