Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Conduct on-site visits to resolve technical issues and provide support to staff.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of IT equipment and software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with setting up and maintaining IT equipment and network infrastructure.
- Willingness to travel to various locations and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Possession of a motorcycle for on-site visits and field work.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
