Responsibility
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to define IT solution scope.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of IT systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose data-driven improvements.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to facilitate clear communication.
- Participate in agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends in fintech and business analysis to contribute innovative ideas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, or a similar role (internships count!).
- Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Word) and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Passion for technology and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
