Responsibility
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Utilize data analytics to track KPIs and optimize project performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the ICT sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage remote teams effectively.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical workflows.
