Responsibility
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, captions, and short videos, tailored to each clientâs brand voice and audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries or feedback to foster community engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide regular reports to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with business objectives and drive brand awareness.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure all posts are aligned with brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Digital Marketing Assistant, with a portfolio showcasing your work in content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling captions and engage with diverse audiences.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) to create visually appealing content, including images, infographics, and short videos.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
