Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering positive engagement and resolving inquiries.
- Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm updates to optimize performance.
- Manage paid social campaigns, including budget allocation and A/B testing for maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant publishing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a remote or VA capacity.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong creative and analytical mindset with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time, remote setting.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media.
- Familiarity with Bali’s digital nomad ecosystem (a plus).
- Reliable internet connection and availability during core collaboration hours.
