Responsibility
- Manage and optimize administrative workflows within the Simpro platform to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial and operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in financial administration tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking, and expense management.
- Provide training and support to team members on Simpro functionalities and best practices.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within the trades or construction industry.
- Proficiency in using Simpro or similar project management/ERP software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial administration tasks, such as invoicing and budget tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus.
