Responsibility
- Coordinate with Warehouse Operations teams to gather and validate data for monthly Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) accrual reporting.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute SAP reports to support financial and operational decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for inventory, shipments, and logistics expenses.
- Monitor and reconcile discrepancies in distribution records to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics) to streamline administrative processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for distribution activities.
- Implement and maintain standardized procedures for logistics documentation and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in distribution workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics administration, warehouse operations, or distribution coordination.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems; experience with SAP MM/WM modules is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and process compliance.
