Astra Otoparts, a leading automotive components manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Relations Administrator to cover a maternity leave position. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations in budgeting, financial administration, and compliance within our Industrial Relations (IR) and IKAO (Industrial Relations and Occupational Safety) departments.
Based in our dynamic office in Canggu, Bali, you will play a key role in maintaining financial transparency, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibility
- Develop and manage IR & IKAO budgets, including outlook, master budget preparation, and real-time financial tracking.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Draft memos, proposals, and financial documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams to ensure seamless financial administration.
- Monitor budget realization and provide insights for cost optimization.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews related to industrial relations activities.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and administrative documents.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial administration, budgeting, or industrial relations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industrial relations regulations and compliance is a plus.
