Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate client service requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Maintain and update client databases, schedules, and documentation with precision.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, coordination, or customer service roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana) is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
