Responsibility
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, managing personnel files, and processing documentation.
- Coordinate office operations, including supply orders, vendor communications, and facility management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office administration, accounting, or HR support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll systems is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or a related field.
