Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) tailored to business needs.
- Integrate AI and automation into Power Platform applications to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing Power Platform applications for performance and scalability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless functionality.
- Document solutions, processes, and best practices for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with AI integration (e.g., Azure AI, Copilot Studio) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-200) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
