Responsibility
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and upgrade systems and processes.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and workstations.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in IT support and programming.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of network configurations and IT security principles.
