Responsibility
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to property owners, investors, and real estate professionals to generate leads for multifamily commercial real estate opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients using CRM tools, market research, and data analytics to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and investors through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into closed deals, ensuring seamless handoffs and alignment on client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the multifamily real estate sector.
- Track and report on call metrics, conversion rates, and sales performance using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine cold-calling techniques and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate cold calling, B2B sales, or lead generation, with a focus on multifamily properties.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based or high-volume calling environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with U.S. commercial real estate markets and multifamily property trends is a plus.
