Responsibility
- Administer and optimize Salesforce CRM to enhance sales and marketing processes.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using Apollo and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across platforms.
- Train and support end-users on Salesforce and marketing automation best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin) is a plus.
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team.
