In this role, you will design, deliver, and optimize sales training programs that align with business objectives, identify skill gaps, and drive performance improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales professionals are equipped with the knowledge and tools to excel in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibility
- Design and develop engaging sales training programs (e-learning, workshops, role-playing) tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions with measurable impact on sales performance.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness using KPIs (e.g., sales conversion rates, employee feedback).
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales teams to reinforce learning and address individual challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales methodologies and adult learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to design and facilitate high-impact training programs for remote teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
