Based in one of Bali’s key business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless learning experiences. Responsibility
- Coordinate and administer training programs, including scheduling, venue logistics, and material preparation.
- Manage course registrations, participant communications, and attendance tracking using learning management systems (LMS).
- Develop and maintain training calendars, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Generate and analyze training reports to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure resources, trainers, and venues.
- Support the onboarding process by designing and delivering orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and employee development progress.
- Assist in the evaluation of training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in learning & development, training coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
