Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners inquiring about security solutions, providing clear, professional, and empathetic assistance.
- Identify customer needs through active listening and tailor product recommendations to match their requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with excellence in communication and problem-solving.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into satisfied customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide informed advice.

Qualifications
