Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets by providing exceptional customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems and other sales tools.
- Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring product availability and proper stock rotation.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and recommend Yakult products.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional activities, in-store displays, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to data analysis for continuous improvement.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and product presentation in all sales environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, or similar tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
