Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end reservation processes, including booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Handle guest communications via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain and update booking records in our Property Management System (PMS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize performance across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, Agoda, and Airbnb.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure smooth check-ins and guest experiences.
  • Generate and analyze reservation reports to identify trends, occupancy rates, and revenue opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing reservation policies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide administrative support to the reservations team, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reservation administration, front office, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
