Responsibility
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer negotiation.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to optimize candidate sourcing and engagement.
- Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for building relationships and closing deals.
