Responsibility
- Process multi-location payroll accurately and on time using Paychex and Excel.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity.
- Generate payroll reports and analyze discrepancies for resolution.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll setup and final settlements.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HRIS access.
- Automate and streamline payroll processes to improve efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably with Paychex.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of local and international payroll regulations is a plus.
