Responsibility

  • Process multi-location payroll accurately and on time using Paychex and Excel.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Generate payroll reports and analyze discrepancies for resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including payroll setup and final settlements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HRIS access.
  • Automate and streamline payroll processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably with Paychex.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of local and international payroll regulations is a plus.
