Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the costing processes, including product cost analysis, standard costing, and variance analysis to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to develop and maintain cost models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze cost data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Prepare and present cost reports, financial statements, and performance metrics to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to costing and financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including inventory valuation and reconciliation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline costing processes and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on process improvement and automation.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
