As an Accounts Executive (F&B), you will play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. From handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to performing bank reconciliations and preparing statutory reports, your expertise will directly contribute to the financial health of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse F&B businesses across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, making it ideal for those who enjoy variety and challenges.

Responsibility
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank reconciliations on a monthly basis to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Maintain and update the general ledger (GL), ensuring all financial data is accurately classified and recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations by accurately calculating, reporting, and submitting GST returns to relevant authorities.
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, to support business decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and filings, ensuring adherence to local regulations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and improve accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the F&B industry or a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and statutory reporting requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
