Responsibility
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of tax returns, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or tax roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
