Responsibility
- Oversee the full set of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Consolidate financial statements and reports for management review.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or deputy role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and consolidation processes.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and international financial regulations.
- Contract experience or willingness to commit to a fixed-term role.
