Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Utilize SAP to process transactions, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to minimize outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and prepare monthly/quarterly tax filings.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions and documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO is mandatory; certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GST compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred.
