Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with international accounting standards.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct financial audits and identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting during night shifts.
- Experience in a global or multinational environment is preferred.
