Responsibility
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and month-end adjustments.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform account analysis and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and optimization of accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
