Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including aging reports and statements of account (SOA).
- Generate and analyze revenue reports to support financial decision-making.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with SAP or other accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
