Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule follow-up dental appointments and treatment plans.
- Manage and update patient records with accurate recall and treatment details.
- Coordinate with dental clinics to confirm appointment availability and patient preferences.
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding treatment options, costs, and next steps.
- Track and report on patient recall metrics, including response rates and appointment confirmations.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts professionally.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care continuity.
- Adhere to data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) when handling sensitive patient information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in patient coordination, healthcare administration, or customer service (dental/medical field preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple patient cases.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office for data entry and tracking.
- Ability to work 20 hours/week during AEST business hours (flexible scheduling within this window).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills for resolving patient concerns.
