Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor clinical administrative policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow management, and resource allocation to optimize service delivery.
- Collaborate with medical and non-medical teams to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the patient experience from check-in to follow-up.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing clinic performance data, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing actionable solutions.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and inventory control for clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, infection control measures, and emergency preparedness plans.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by mentoring staff, conducting training programs, and promoting professional development.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the clinic, patients, and external stakeholders, including government agencies and healthcare partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MHA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic or hospital operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in process optimization, staff management, and healthcare compliance (e.g., JCI, ISO, or local regulations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including medical professionals, patients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software (e.g., EHR, HMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
