Responsibility
- Promote Az Eco Green’s sustainable products through digital channels, including social media, blogs, and online forums.
- Engage with potential customers via email, chat, and social platforms to generate leads and drive sales.
- Create and share compelling content (e.g., posts, videos, testimonials) to highlight product benefits and eco-friendly features.
- Track and report on promotional activities, conversions, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine your approach.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Passion for sustainability, eco-friendly products, or environmental advocacy.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
