Responsibility
- Contact potential clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings to discuss insurance needs.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly and professionally.
- Assist clients in selecting the best insurance plans based on their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while providing exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through training sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus).
- Residents of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
