Responsibility
- Contact and engage potential clients via phone, email, or digital platforms to discuss insurance needs.
- Educate clients on various insurance products (life, health, property) and recommend suitable plans.
- Assist clients in completing applications, underwriting processes, and policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (email, CRM tools, video calls).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
